Kate Elsworthy is a Kidsafe SA Child Injury Prevention Project Officer and is responsible for delivering Kidsafe SA service, content development and various projects.

Kate is Adelaide Born-and-Bred. In 2015, she completed her Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Adelaide and has since become an AILA Registered Landscape Architect. Her professional career includes multiple years in the private sector as well as a 12+month contract stint at the City of Prospect Council. Kate has a strong passion for spaces with imagination, excitement and play. Her extensive design experience and knowledge of Detailed Documentation, Design-and-Construct techniques and project superintendence provide great benefit to the understanding of child injury prevention in playspaces.

Kate joins the team aiming to further grow our ‘PLAY’ services and looks forward to working together with the Kidsafe SA team.
