𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱:
The product is not safe if used for infant sleep and/or if bedding material is added when in use as the head rest and body support insert can increase the risk of suffocation.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀:
There is a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation if the product is used for infant sleep and/or bedding material is added when in use.
There have been reports overseas of deaths involving infants when other Snuga Swing models were used for sleep. In most of those incidents, the infants were unrestrained and bedding materials were added to the product.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗼?
Consumers should immediately remove both the headrest (by cutting the tether) and the body support insert from the seat pad.
Mattel will provide a full product refund to consumers who remove and return the headrest and body support insert to Mattel. Mattel will provide a pre-paid label for their return.
